Bathrooms are clean and someone was actively getting done cleaning the women's room when I came in. Employees were friendly, which is nice at gas stations when you visit a ton going on a long haul road trip. Snacks and drinks were plentiful and we grabbed a few before leaving. Gas was competitive with other nearby gas stations as well. If we were traveling through again in the future, we would most likely come back.

I have been this since they opened in Feb 2025. Something I would pay for a $7 shower for emergencies. Well today, September 15, 2025. I was asked to stop parking in the RV parking lot which has never used since their grand opening. I am the only one using the RV parking lot. The manager wants me to park in front of the store and use the charger for people that are not camping. When I'm visiting this travel center I'm normally camping in place for about 12 hours a day. This should grant justification to park in the RV parking lot and hook up. But because the manager felt indifferent about this, I will start using Cherokee Trading Post gas station and KOA El Reno site to rest and shower. Don't understand why they are pushing people away that can help them by word of mouth advertising and increasing their reputation in turn increase their revenue.

Which turned out just fine. There were no signs, it was dark and I had to ask the girl where I was lol She was super nice and funny. I loved the Halloween decorations, her costume and they had hocus pocus playing on the TV in the lobby. Got my keys and she gave me a room on the bottom floor. I definitely appreciated it. She said something about one inside door and one outside. I didn't understand til I got to the room. Never seen a set up like that but it's neat. The key card had a few issues to get the door to open but it just took a few tries. Not bad. The room itself is nice. The bed is soft, good TV, a microwave and a fridge! Where I came from (bullhead city az) you would have to pay extra at a hotel for a mini fridge and having a microwave is unheard of! We were tired and hungry and found out the bar serves food. Went to the bar and it was filled with fun and friendly employees and customers. We got two burgers to go and headed back to the room. Found out what the smell was in the inside corridor. It looked like something flooded and was never fixed or cleaned... which is gross but couldn't smell it in the rooms. Over all, I'm not a picky person and to me this place was just what we needed for a good night's sleep.

We ended up leaving for dinner just for something to do. We did enjoy the run-down putt putt for many many rounds as it was the only amenity available. We overhead at breakfast that they opened the hot tub back up! So we double checked the binder in our room for pool hours (8am-10pm), but when we got to the pool the sign there states (10am-8pm). Originally built in 1927. Liked Lucille's hotel a lot. Friendly staff , nice clean rooms. Reasonably priced. Lucille's Roadhouse next door is a good restaurant with a large menu. Would definitely stay at Lucille's again when traveling thru Oklahoma.
