We stayed on almost completely on budget and when we picked things that were over budget, we were told about it in advance. We got everything we wanted. First, the backhoe driver that was grading the land ran into my retaining wall and would hot have said anything had I not come home and caught him. He was trying to just get out of it until I told him I was going to make an insurance claim against him and started taking pictures. Then he decided to offer to fix it and took a week to do it. THE WALL THAT IS HOLDING UP MY HOUSE!!! Next, their workers stole my water from my outside spigot and caused my water bill to double. Then I got video of them stealing my neighbor on the other side's water after I confronted them about mine. I verified with the tenant and the owner and they did not have permission to hook into their spigot. Now, one of their brick layers has side swiped my car while going in and out of the driveway causing significant cosmetic damage to my back quarter panel. When I have called the owner to address my issues he just denies and ignores me. The builder is never at the property making sure that his subcontractors are being respectful. They leave their half-eaten food and trash on my retaining wall and it ends up littering my driveway, yard, and the yards around me. There is no accountability for these subcontractors and the way the owner is just brushing me off is despicable. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR NEW NEIGHBORS TO HATE YOU BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!

They not only delivered the insulation & machine. They had to order more insulation to fill my order. I ordered & paid for this on Monday morning 11/11/2019. Estimated date for receipt & delivery of my order was the following Monday 11/18/2019. Well the order was delivered Wednesday afternoon 11/13/2019- that's 2 days, not a week. Well the following day we were going to insulate the attic but the used machine turned out to be totally unusable due prior customer abuse. Cody went above & beyond the call of duty. He asked me to give him a little time to find a solution to my problem. Well on Friday he went to their Lindsay store to get an operating machine. Not only did he bring a working machine; it was brand new & more powerful. He & my son assembled the new machine under my carport. Not only did he assemble the new machine; he helped blow in 4-6 bag to ensure the machine worked & we totally understood how to use the 2h.p. machine. We had Home Depot & Lowe's both before ordering with TH Rogers because we thought they'd be cheaper. Well I was so wrong! Not only did they price matched the big box stores that couldn't provide a working machine. Nor did they care if we bought from them & they didn't even try to find a working machine. TH Rogers not only got me a working machine + they didn't charge me a delivery fee for the insulation from Purcell to Lexington. They never charged me for their trip to Lindsay to my house. Everyone at TH Rogers was professional, courteous & always returned my phone calls. My entire experience has not only met my expectations but has far exceeded my expectations! I recently moved from Norman and Summer Pointe, and cannot believe all the bad reviews I've seen…read morefor this place. I'm guessing these reviews are coming from some very self-entitled rich kids at OU, because in my twenty seven years I have lived in many apartments that would qualify as bad, and Summer Pointe is not only the exact opposite, but the best complex at which I've ever lived! And no, I don't own the place or work there. If you are thinking of living at SP read further, as I'm going to break it down for you as best I can. Positive: There is a lot! The apartments are modern and clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, which is where many apartments are lacking. The AC gets very cold. There are very few insects as they spray often (maybe too often), and if you add on some of those little bug-killers you set in every corner that you can get at Walmart, you will never see a bug. They recently completely cleared out the laundry-room and put brand-new machines in there, and you can't ask for any nicer. If you go to OU, you can literally leave the house 10 minute before class and make it to class on time. Rent wise, it's one of the cheapest place in Norman, abnormally cheap for the location. There's adequate parking, I was always able to park right in from of my building, and if you don't have a car, there is a bus stop right in front of the complex. Your neighbors are mostly students, so you don't have to worry about any suspect people or tons of kids running around. I always felt extremely safe at Summer Pointe, and confidently kept my more-expensive guitars and music-gear in my apartment. Maintenance always came and fixed my problems within 24 hours, and the one time they didn't (due to a mis-communication), the girls were all over it. I'd really like to point out that Andrea and the other girl who work in the office are friendly and helpful (and pretty!), and I really appreciated them during my time at Summer Pointe. Negatives: Very little. The #1 issue that needs working on is noise. The windows are old and thin, and you can hear every little bit of what is going out in the parking lot; a conversation, a car door, even cars on the street. It doesn't feel very private when people in the parking lot can clearly hear what you're doing inside (if you know what I mean). Also, if anyone that lives above you weights 200lbs or more, their footsteps sound like someone is hitting your ceiling with a sledge hammer. Eventually I got used to it to some degree, but it would still wake me up. Halfway through my time there, a thin kid moved in above me, and I never heard a single footstep again. So, if you are a bigger guy or gal, I'd suggest moving into the ground flood so your neighbor can get a little more sleep. Spreading out the dumpsters a little more would be nice, but that's really just nitpicking. And that's all the negatives I can think of. Seriously, I wasn't expecting much when I moved into Summer Point a few weeks before I started attending Price at OU, but cannot recommenced this place highly enough! If I go back to OU for Grad School, I am definitely going come back to Summer Pointe. Other: Expect your electric bill to come in at right around 100 bucks if you're trying to determine a budget for your time at OU. And yes, everyone's Wifi is locked.
