The shape was uneven, the color did not match the reference, and the design details were not executed well. I understand that inspiration photos may not always turn out exactly the same, but this set missed the mark in several ways. Another part of the appointment that made the experience uncomfortable was the overall conversation during the service. The technician spent much of the time talking about very sad and angry situations happening in her personal life. While I understand that everyone has difficult moments, a nail appointment is usually a place people go to relax and de-stress. Listening to a lot of negative personal issues throughout the service made the atmosphere feel heavy rather than relaxing. Between the disappointing nail execution and the overall environment, I left feeling very unhappy with the experience.
