I waited 2 weeks on this office and only after I started calling frequently did they actually submit request to my ins. When I finally got my insurance response the paperwork had NO mention of what the doctor has discussed with me issue wise. When I contacted my ins they told me the person that submitted the form DIDNT provide ANY pictures of any ultrasound or ANY mention of what I said the doctor had told me. My ins had denied the ultrasound, After attempts to talk to the person in charge of submitting paperwork at this doctor's office resulted in being hung up on, I moved on to a different doctor. Overall I liked the doctor, and his no nonsense diagnosis. His office staff however seem uninterested in actually following through with paperwork and getting my issue resolved..

I have been going to him for a couple of years now for Multiple Sclerosis and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He is thorough in his exams, he takes the time to listen, he's not like most doctors out there. He has picked up on issues my primary care doctor overlooked and addressed them. His staff are sweet, you can tell they are hand picked. Things are done quickly, they are organized, efficient, polite, and considerate. If you need a neurologist, he's your pick. I don't like most doctors, I adore this man. If I could give he and his entire staff 20 stars, I would.

I just wanted the procedure done so I said just do it. The doctor came in did the procedure as he was doing in he was chit chatting he must have used profanity I'd say like 5 times the f--word . They did not reach out to me when they got it. I called and left a message on their answering machine. They never call me back. Took me three days to get ahold of them, only to be told they won't see me. The lady on the phone was kept telling me they were not refusing to see me. If the company won't let you make an appointment isn't that what refusing to see someone is? The person on the phone kept telling me to call "them" which was confusing because i didn't know who them was, who was she referring too??? Two suggestion please be more specific, don't assume i know how this system works. Second one please start accepting more insurance or cash payments.
