Speaking of communication, it was my understanding that his carriage of my case involved both the civil settlement and schedule of accident benefits. He referred me to a psychologists' practice; with mounting and extremely elevated pain levels he even referred me to an individual for medical marjuana, even while my family doctor referred me to another medical marjuana facility. I purchased a $3500 massage chair that I use twice daily for relief of pain, I also purchased an expensive mrmory foam mattress, as do to pain that continually elevated after the accident, I could feel the pressure from the springs in my high quality padded - spring mattress. Patricia Kennedy of T. Leigh Bell was going to look into recovering the costs of massage chair, memory foam mattress and medical marijuana expenses from my insurance. That appeared to be just "talk", I am no aware of any steps she took on my behalf regarding SABS. Well, after I saw the statement, the monthly Health Record review disbursement cost that other lawyers cover out of their __%, I feel that Mr. Leigh Bell feathered the bill in his interest. While he is a mild mannered, consIderate person, as a personal injury lawyer, I simply have to say, I have seen more effort exerted by lawyers who have represented family members who were injured in motor vehichle accidents. So just like when you go to a two star hotel as opposed to a four star hotel, I feel the quality of lawyering on my case was only worth a two star. I have no respect for Mr Timothy Leigh Bell as a lawyer, he has done nothing to show me proof of the disbursement costs he identified, other than the psychologists bill, which I was aware of. So why did he refer me to the psychologist if he was not overseeing my SABs. Apparent monthly health record retreival was identified in the disbursements; like I said, these are recognized by other personal injury lawyers as their costs. So for me, someone who is off work, on LTD given ever present pain from a rear end collision/ whiplash, Mr Leigh Bell has paid himself "first" for a case he simply went through the motions on. So if you want a two star lawyer, the above is what you can expect.
