Carpet was in stock and ready to go, and while the guys they sent out could have been on time, the whole install happened seamlessly. (unintended play on words - get it? Carpet? Seam? Nevermind). The one point I had a little issue with was some subfloor repair that I was told needed to be done. I have little doubt it needed to be done, but when I couldn't get out to see it for myself, perhaps some photos sent from the job site would have been a good service touch. For starters, the owner, James Walker, came out and did the initial assessment and quote for us. James was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuine through the whole process. He showed us samples of what he uses for the materials and pictures of his work. His quote was a fair price, especially since he builds the whole fence himself instead of using prebuilt sections. Additionally, he was the one primarily building the fence during the whole construction process.
