After waiting about 10 minutes while the cashier tried to reach someone by phone, I was told that a "piece was missing from the jacket," which is why it couldn't be restored to its original condition. It's a jacket -- it doesn't have detachable "pieces." That explanation made no sense. I was then told I'd need to call another person at the company to discuss it further. Between the bait-and-switch pricing, poor craftsmanship, and passing the problem off to someone else, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I was greeted with rushed disrespect and informed how much trouble the woman who received my shirt experienced for taking one shirt. I said, "It does not mean I don't have more." Meaning I had more to bring in. I received a gruff response so I then said, "Then I won't be back."
