It's not just one bad day--his attitude has been the same on multiple visits, and I've also noticed him treating other customers the same way. It's disappointing because it's such a unique shop with so much character, but customer service really affects the experience. The selection of books was also pretty good and I was able to find some special editions I hadn't seen before, as well as some signed books. We talked to one of the employees and he was wonderful. I think one of the best things one can talk about with others is books and so it was just a pleasant time to be at the bookstore. There are also chairs here and there to rest and read a little~
