The DJ was half an hour late in setting up, wasn't interactive at all, played music of his own agenda, didn't have the right equipment and materials for karaoke, took forever to play requests, didn't announce line dances, and was just terrible overall. In fact, another guest at the party told me Five Star did their party and was late and had many of the same issues. Then when I spoke with the owner about all of the problems, he refused to issue any credits or refunds and told me my problems were a matter of opinion. I would HIGHLY recommend people do NOT go with Five Star Entertainment for either their personal or professional events.
