VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE with this staff. These people are indecent and do not deserve the privilege of caring for your family. Zero consideration for patients or interest in communicating and caring for lifelong patients. All about their bottom line with no intention to help or assist the community. Secretary and office manager were incredibly rude, unwilling to communicate, they spoke vindictively, and denied care because they had not made their patient aware of a backwards policy in which you must pay whatever they say (the office manager claimed he should pay upwards of $200 before a basic visit) until after your visit when they will "give you back the difference"......... Having worked in both the medical and psychological fields, this sounds like a way to SCAM anyone who does not seem like they would question a doctor's office for taking advantage of them. read more
