    Fried Brussels Sprouts

Went to a giants game and Gotts happened to be near our parking garage so we stopped for a bite before the game because let's face it, ballpark food super expensive. Inside had plenty of seating with some outside seating as well. Unfortunately the outside seating was closed for a private event. Ordering was done at the counter and was quick and easy. They do not leave the soda fountain machine out so you do have to walk back up to the counter for refills. I got the bacon and blue burger. The bacon was a little chewy but otherwise a decent burger. Loved the Brussel sprouts but wished it had a balsamic glaze. The 3 way artichokes were also equally delicious, loved the dipping sauce it came with.

    Ahi Poke Crispy Tacos

I'll be honest, nearly $18 for three tacos gave me pause. But my former roommate swore by these, and after one order of the Ahi Poke Crispy Tacos, I get it now. Sushi-grade ahi tuna, sliced avocado, green cabbage and cilantro slaw, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and spicy mayo, all in crispy taco shells. On paper it reads like a fusion experiment that shouldn't work. In practice, it's surprisingly cohesive. The shells held up through delivery, the tuna tasted genuinely fresh, and the spicy mayo brought just enough heat to keep things interesting without overwhelming the fish. The avocado was generous too, which is worth calling out since that's exactly the ingredient a lot of places quietly skimp on. Three tacos were substantial. I was surprisingly full. Worth noting: they packaged these in a sturdy cardboard box that kept everything upright and intact. For tacos on DoorDash, that matters more than people think. Ahi tuna tacos aren't something you see every day, and that's the point. This is Gott's leaning into California roadside in the best way: quality sourcing, an unexpected creation, and execution that holds up even on DoorDash. I'm curious enough about the rest of the menu to go back. Four stars, with the caveat that the price-to-portion math only works if the quality is there, and from what I got, it is.

Love this location as they have great outdoor seating and we can bring our dog! The ahi poke tacos are a must and the vegan chicken nuggets are good too. Don't knock it till you try it. Their onion rings are also top-notch.

We tried the Gott's Roadside cookies selection to-go. While passing by got tempted by the double chocolate peanut cookies. Am glad we bought them, they were Delicious! So soft on the inside, almost melted away. Must try.

Stopped by after dinner nearby for soft serve. I've been wanting to try the Fior di Latte soft serve and got a small cup to go. It's super rich fresh with a great natural sweetness. It's more rich than the usual soft serve as well and such a great sweet treat!

It was a nice day to be in Mission Bay Area as the sun was out after a few days of rain. I stopped by UCSF PCMB to visit my additional coworkers. We decided to go to lunch at Gott's Roadside. It is my "go-to" spot when I am near the Chase Center! I love their big menus, the "big wordings", colorful deco, and there are lots of seatings in the inside/outside. I always order my usual, the Cali chicken without red onions and Jack cheese. I find it more healthier than the gourmet burgers that they have on the menu. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. They take their time to explain their menu and special. Their all gender bathrooms are always clean and the communal handwashing station are outside of the bathrooms. If you're ever in the Mission Bay Area and thinking of a gourmet burgers and fries or want a quick bite before going to a Warriors game/concert at the Chase Center, don't forget to stop by Gott's Roadside! Pro tip: Order online on their website or on major those food delivery apps for pick up to skip the crazy long lines during game days.

Good customer service. They helped me with questions about the menu. My pesto provolone chicken Sanwhich was really good. Crunchy. Strawberry lemonade was really good too. My husband liked his burger as well. Not so much on the chili though, but still edible. Prolly won't get that next time. Spacious area. Lots of seating. Great place to come to before attending an event at Chase Center

Well not very impressed with the health and safety training of their employees. Watched this one employee pickup small pieces of trash off the floor contaminating his gloves. Then he proceeded to touch everything like the milkshake dispenser, counters, cash register. He took the same pair of gloves on and off several times further contaminating everything. Regardless of how the food comes out I will never eat here ever again. If you eat at chase this is a potential food outbreak waiting to happen. Also they do nothing worth giving them a tip for. In addition the food was awful. I definitely won't be back ;left half my burger cause it was awful.

    Dungeness Crab Sandwich
    Erika C.

3.5 stars? Burgers are all right. Rounding down because The Dungeness Crab Sandwich on brioche was flavorless sadly. Also the first inch of the sandwich had zero crab. Overall tho it has about as much crab in the sandwich as most other places, price ratio wise. I like the large indoor and outdoor spaces. Staff are great. Will come back to try the coffee shake.

Gott's Roadside at Chase Center had a good reputation from Palo Alto, Walnut Creek, and Napa, so I figured the San Francisco location would deliver too, and it mostly did. It was a busy night with Maroon 5 in town, and the line was ridiculous, but it moved faster than expected. About 10 minutes to order, 15 minutes for the food to arrive, and then about 4 minutes to inhale it. Seating is basically long picnic benches and a free-for-all, but we managed to grab a spot. The regular cheeseburger was tasty and hit the spot; the chicken burger was just okay. My advice: don't try to be healthy here. You're at an arena, you're hungry, and the burger is the move.

    Cynthia W.

Would give 3.5, but since I can't...we will round up to 4. We came here after the globe trotter's game on Sunday. It was busy, but the line moved fast. However, the wait for the food did take some time. It was a very chill spot. You get in line to order, they give you a buzzer, you find a table, you get up to get your food when your buzzer buzzes. The cheese burger was flavorful decent size. We liked the egg buns. Soft and fluffy. Yummy! We were not a fan of the fries. Well first of all, we ordered garlic fries and they gave us regular fries. It took so long, we did not bother to tell them. But the fries were plain and had no flavor to them. Did not even finish them. And it is very rare for me to no finish fries!

Delicious Ahi Tuna Taco and Fried Brussels Sprouts.

Gott's before the Demi concert and let's just say every Gott's location I have been to never disappoints. Got my fav Ahi Tuna Tacos, Fried Brussels and a Blood Orange Hefeweizen. The line was pretty long but the service was super fast and the staff were friendly. They play great music, lots of Demi songs which was cool because her concert was that night. The place seemed very clean for the amount of people going in and out of it and bathrooms were pretty well kept too.

Western Bacon Blue Ring and California Burger
    Alisa P.

I liked this spot for spacious dining room and really nice kids menu. As for the food - all the burgers we ordered didn't disappoint. I asked for the bbq sauce replacement in the Western bacon blue ring and it tasted really fun with a spicy mayo! Our daughter absolutely loved their sweet potato fries and the milk was a lovely addition to the kids meal. We enjoyed our dinner at Gotts on a rainy day without any event going on and it was really nice and relaxing outing.

Noise is relatively loud, but you can still hear each other. We got the calamari and fajitas (carne asada) to share, both of which had the right amount of crisp and meat tenderness. The green shishito peppers that came with the calamari were not spicy, but the big green pepper that came with the fajitas was spicy AF - one piece got me teary eyed with hiccups, the spiciest jalapeno I've ever had! They said it was flash fried so it's pretty much at max jalapeno spice level. Excellent, 6/5 attentive service from Natasha. She crouched down to eye level upon first speaking to us, provided great recommendations, and checked in on us several times for reassurance when food took longer than expected. When bringing over our dessert with the celebratory sparkler, she began to sing happy birthday, but since mentioning that we like to stay low-key, she switched to a whisper-volume happy birthday song, which was kinda funny and had a nice personal touch to it. Her genuine positivity was the highlight of our evening! 5/5 overall, but have to dock a star for the reservation system. For a Monday evening: on the first phone call, we were told the first available time was for 7:30pm, but the Yelp waitlist got us a table at 5:00pm. But at 5pm, we got a text that said our table was ready, followed by a call from a host that said the first table would be available at 6:00pm. Confused, we just decided to drive over and walk in at 5:15pm, upon which we were seated immediately. That's a 2.5 hour seating time frame with uncertainty, and this almost derailed the rest of our evening plans switching things around. Best tip = don't call, just walk in.

A charming little bistro inspired by the Marlowe cows, I'm assuming, managed to stun us with several memorable dishes. The warm deviled eggs were an excellent start. Savory yet delicate enough to not weigh us down right at the beginning of our meal. The horseradish aioli wasn't for me, but I can see its appeal for a certain audience. You give me a Calabrian chili sauce and it's guaranteed to make me happy and this shrimp with sweet corn was no exception. Again, light but a punchy flavor that was enjoyable. I could go on and on about the different dishes we tried but the real standout of the night was the pork tenderloin with chorizo and peaches. The sweetness from the peaches somehow managed to enhance the flavor of the chorizo. This dish gives you a bold, savory and sweet bite all together but still won't have you feeling super heavy. Decor is more old school and it can get loud, so be prepared to shout over dinner. ------ FOOD 1. VEAL PARMIGIANA (4/5) Tender veal with a light breading that paired very well with the cheese and tomato sauce. Large portion that was easy to cut and share. Wish the edges were a tad crispier. Appreciated that it came with a side (we chose the ravioli). Wasn't life changing, but it was solid. 2. SPICY VODKA RIGATONI (4/5) Pasta was perfectly al dente. They poured a very healthy amount of sauce on the rigatoni such that the pasta was well coated and there were small pools of sauce in each piece of pasta. Sauce has a pretty strong kick to it. It's not overwhelming, but I think it was enough for me to only have a few pieces before I called it a night. 3. TRUFFLE FRIES (4/5) For the most part these are excellent. It's a mountain of very thin, crispy fries (what McDonald's dreams it could be). The truffle flavor is very prominent, and the two different sauces this comes with are excellent (one is a traditional mayo and the other was slightly sweet). However, some of those fries were so salty as to be inedible. Remember to drink lots of water. 4. BREAD SERVICE (3.5/5) Of course, hard to hate on a free bread service. They came out with a big basket of thick sourdough bread slices and a small butter keeper. Since the bread was room temp, it wasn't very special and it was tough to pull apart. But the flavor was there, and the softened butter was appreciated, despite the small butter portion relative to our bread portion. 5. JOE'S RAVIOLI (2.5/5) Unfortunately the only big let down of the night. The ravioli had so little filling that I actually could barely taste it even though I could see it. The outer layer of pasta was relatively thick too, so it overpowered what little filling there was. The ravioli also stuck to each other, so I ended up just biting through multiple pieces of ravioli at a time and scoping up tomato sauce from the container so that I could add flavor to the taste of the pasta dough. Large portion though! ------ ENVIRONMENT / AMBIANCE * Old-school decor featuring red leather booths, ornate wooden banisters, and lots of separate rooms throughout the restaurant. Lots of tables and always packed * Darker ambient mood lighting. Definitely more casual feeling than their sister Little Original Joe's location in the Marina * The restaurant is in the heart of North Beach right next to Washington Square Park, Tony's Pizza, and Flour + Water Pizzaria ------ SERVICE * You really need a reservation to dine here. You could probably walk in and get a seat by the kitchen in the back, but it's super crowded back there, waiters and customers are constantly weaving back and forth behind you, and it's overall not nearly as nice as sitting at a table (not always the case at restaurants!) * Our waiter was fine. He did the trick but wasn't particularly warm or helpful. Was attentive with filling our waters throughout the night
