I called in complained and they just blew me off, not good, when the did come back they said they would be back to finish tomorrow, 2 days to do 2 small room and stairs, smh. The next day they returned and did the same thing, left the poor guy here to do all the work, come to find out it was the older gentlemens son, he had remarried to a young girl and they all ways do this to them. I was amazed as to the quality and workmanship. Received a finished drawer that was a upgrade to the quality of wood that drawer was originally crafted. I received top quality job/workmanship. Michael was a personable and didn't leave without ensuring things were okay with him and me. Truly a rare find in the world today.

I needed a kitchen wall cabinet and microwave installed. The cabinet looked like it was falling…read moredown so I needed it fixed before installing the microwave. I had several people that offered to help. When one person tried to get the cabinet fixed, it fell apart. I had to find new cabinet. I could not find a 30 x 16 wall cabinet. 30 x 18 was too big. I got a 30 x 14. Several people, who I now call idiots tried to install the new cabinet, cutting holes in all the wrong places. They also marked up the wall and ceiling in the wrong places and drilled holes all over the place. I'd had enough. Beside not knowing what they were doing the stove was moved out if the way. I had no microwave or stove to cook. I put a request on Yelp and a savior named Michael the owner of the Transformation Shop replied. After I told him my horror story he said he would look at everything and see if it could be done and give me a quote. Two days later he showed up said he could fix it all up and gave me a very reasonable quote. I accepted the quote. Instead of setting up a date to fix it, he jumped right in and started work at once. It took him about 2 hours and it was completed. I was so excited. It was after 4 when he arrived so I thought it would be several days before I could actually cook in my own kitchen after a month trying to get this work done. I had a microwave and stove and my kitchen looked fabulous. I thanked the good lord for sending Michael to save me from a total disaster. He was great to talk to, he asked my opinion on options, and most of all he listened. I could not be happier or more excited than I am. My girlfriend stopped by and she was amazed at how great it looked and was functional. Thanks Michael for a great job. I'm sure I'll be calling you again.

We went through the dispute process with Fair Claims. The owner Leon agreed to and signed that he would abide by the decision of the arbitrator. However, when the arbitrator determined a total refund was warranted Leon did not pay! He had 14 days from the decision to refund our money. It is 4:30 pm on a Sunday and it is the 14th day and no sign of our refund or word from Leon. So, now we have to hire a lawyer to get our refund. Don't use this company unless you want someone TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

There timeliness on fixing anything depends on you paying your rent, regardless of it they are responsible or not. They expect rental payments for property they didn't want to keep up with. We in fact were asked to relocate after they began work on the ceiling and basement due to plumbing issues/black mold. They expected us to live in these conditions, and pay them rent, which is diabolical. This is not where issues started, this is just the straw that broke the camels back. If you are new to Radcliff / Etown, I suggest not renting through them.
