I used Trex composite deck material for the low maintenance I preferred. Steve, the owner, was prompt to respond to anything I was dissatisfied about, and quickly resolve it. Steve would even come out in his everyday wear and fix issues himself. They were minor but I loved his professionalism and willingness to "get his hands dirty", literally. He even went as far as to teach my nephew how to use a pressure washer. The patience, care and kindness speaks volumes to the company. His crew worked hard from morning to evening to tear down my deck, rebuild the deck, build a new deck by my garage, paint the house, gutters, and walls. The whole renovation took only 3 1/2 weeks, including the pressure washing of the house that Steve completed. I was highly pleased with the finished project. I hosted a deck reveal for my family and friends. I invited Steve and he came by, as I bragged on his company and passed out business cards. First we have a 2 story house and it's been about 4 years since we last had it cleaned. We had a huge back double deck and wrapped around our pool and then a very large patio. Robert was on time for the two day job. We talked about things like grease on the concrete that may not come all the out and I understand and was ok. Then we were doing a remodel, we called him in to see what we could do about moving a return and supply lines. He gave us a pretty cheap estimate and said call him when the walls were out. We called, he came and cut new holes in the walls for the return and said he would be back on Monday because he needed more supplies. He never answered the phone again. Didn't even tell us that he couldn't do it, just wouldn't respond. After a week with holes in the ceiling to the attic and stuck on the timeline of our reno because nothing could be moved forward until the duct work was moved, our A/C failed and stopped working. We called again and said even if not doing the duct work, please help us. Temps are 105 and no air. No response. We called someone else for a $400 fix and contracted another company for duct work for $3300. Also there was a vent from the furnace with a recalled part and a cracked pipe. It was leaching carbon monoxide into our house when the heat was on. He has seen our 3 little kids, and told us nothing about any of this. Now we are going to have to replace the system. I really trusted Pat and liked him a lot but I feel horribly let down after this.

However, over the 22 yrs our vapor barrier installed when the house was new, had become very dirty. Additionally, in 2017 we did some renovations which required plumbers and electricians to work under the house. Unfortunately, all these comings and goings across our vapor barrier had ripped it in places. Plus the builder had used a lighter weight plastic. I had 4 different people look at replacing my barrier. I had 3 bids and Justin had the best bid. Justin and his 2 helpers showed up around 9am. They went right to work. It took them about 5 hours working almost nonstop except for water breaks. The finished product was even better than I expected. Photos attached. If you need crawl space repair/reno, do yourself a favor and contact Justin. Some of the companies you see on TV charge outrageous prices. Get a price from Justin, he's very competitive.

I wanted a deep clean so the owner recommended I wait until Tuesday to talk to his lead and assured me that they can still get us in before the holiday. I waited, had the conversation I needed, and booked for Wednesday. Three hours later I get a cancellation. They were apologetic but I noticed in a few other reviews that this happens with them. Did they take the job knowing that they couldn't fulfill (but also that they'd prevented me from hiring anyone else) or did they have an emergency? I'll never know because I'd deep clean the house myself at this point before I'd hire them again. Would I recommend/return? NO to both

Cleaned the fridge, oven, even inside the dishwasher plus all other rooms in our house and baseboards, windows and blinds. Cleaned very well and were very nice.
