Wait staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The selection for finer dining in Karlsruhe is pretty slim, so this place really stands out above the others! The falafel was indeed fresh (the mash is waiting in a bowl to be fried after your order) and it tasted good, but not great. Uns persönlich gefällt die Durlacher Filiale mehr als jene in Karlsruhe, da man sich dort einfach gemütlicher fühlt (die Tische stehen nicht in direkter Nähe des Eingangsbereiches und der Theke). Am Schluss muss ich ein weiteres Mal erwähnen, dass es mich immer wieder wundert, wenn das Restaurantmanagement nicht versteht, dass zu stark parfümiertes Bedienungspersonal für die Gäste lästig ist, da jeder seinen eigenen Parfüm-Geschmack hat. Außerdem kollidiert das Parfüm des Services oft mit jenem der Gäste (was im Mediteranne Durlach der Fall war und somit die Mischung aus dem Terre d'Hermes meines Fuchses und des Bedienungsparfüms nur schwer auszuhalten war).
