Scam. They add false information and don't tell you. They only show you what you provide the rest of the things they don't disclose until you go through your taxes at home and find out they add things you don't provide! Spelled my sons name wrong and put a fake social security. Even after I pointed it out and told them to correct it. Since they made errors my taxes will have to be amended. I'm still waiting after 6 months. They add extra things and show a high refund amount when you are in office. However, IRS can edit the refund amount . They charge about 1,000 to file taxes with them. I have never heard of such a thing but they charge you from your refund. After the edits you are left with nothing, but they make sure they get their bag first!. When you call them, they either don't answer or they tell you to contact IRS. They take zero responsibility of everything. Fraud stay away!! read more

This Tax Service provides horrible service. I tried supporting my people, but like always drama! I was quoted one price, but of course, it change. These people want 35% of you refund for their business. Are you serious! They start your taxes, but never return calls, and never open for business. The entire month of November they were closed. Every time that I left a message, or texted, I would get a smart response. I was not surprised! As of today, I still haven't received a call back. beware!! had taxes done for 2 years cost me 27 thousand dollars in fees, 50% of your return for previous years and 35 % of your return current year, which was not mentioned prior to doing taxes. Calls not returned, return is deposited into a different acct not yours and they take the fees off the top. I do not recommend at all as the fees are too extreme. read more

So back when they were Gaynir Tax services, (still the same place/ why change their name) They would charge upwords of $500 for me and my spouse. Then after it was all said and done they would charge me a pick up fee of $300... i was young and naive. They wouldnt do direct deposit because they want their cut. The owner was even in Platnum weddings... see where all the greed comes in. I went to them for a couple of years and would get nice returns, at the cost of actaully being full of crap. their go to is... just take a small class, any class, take a CPR class and it counts as college credit... Yeah right.. i paid for audit protection and guess what i got audited for 3 years and had to pay back 15k... for the first year they were taking care of it, turns of they didnt do crap, the IRS contacted us with leins and garnishments and once we finally got fed up with them, we talked to the IRS and made arrengments. Thanks alot... i was looking for this place to report them after all this happened but they changed their name to avoid being caught.... now that i found them... you best believe they will get reported.. They deserve ZERO STARS. DO NOT do your taxes here. All the bad reviews here are true statements. These people are scammers and they take advantage of people with their outrageous fees. They just try to get more money for themselves. They are unprofessional and rude. Instead of having my check mailed to my address they mail it to their office and then they send it to a check cashing place to be picked up from there. The tax return check that I received is not even from the IRS, it's a check from a bank called "Republic bank" why is it from a personal bank and not the IRS? Then they called me to cash app them $20 so I can receive my state check because of the whole covid-19 I needed to pay extra to get it mailed to them. Who the hell does that? I have never in my life heard of having to pay extra so I can get the IRS check mailed.
