Service requested : PRV replacement. I needed a pressure reduction valve replaced after my old one failed. I called GPS on Saturday evening, they were here as promised at 11:15 on Monday. The price quote ended up being a great value. The two guys that arrived were friendly and professional. Just nice guys. They got to work right away, and were done in about an hour. Included in the valve replacement cost, they excavated and replaced the old and inadequate builder-installed utility box with a much better one. They substantially elevated the water pipe junction to ensure it remains easy to access in the future, installed an additional water shut-off valve, and added pea gravel for drainage. Called GPS at 8am Monday morning. Bathroom sink plugged up w AC condensate drain. They scheduled for 11am, but arrived a few minutes early. In 15 minutes they eliminated the clog that was about 30' down the drainpipe. Cleaned up and left! This is great service! read more

They are honest, nice and very efficient. One of those "do it all" companies quoted me $15,000 to upgrade to a tankless hot water heater. They said I needed all of these changes. GPS did a great, up to code job for half because I didn't need a lot of plumbing changes. I will use them for any future plumbing needs. read more

Wow isn't a word normally associated with plumbers! 1. They were able to fit me in the same day and even showed up much earlier due to a cancellation (chalking that one up to good luck). 2. They took off their shoes before stepping on the carpet (I'm Asian, and definitely appreciated). My dog, Buddy, immediately took to them, which again, I'll chalk to good luck 3. What I'd spent the weekend trying to fix, they were able to fix in 10 minutes. Yes, I felt like an idiot, but didn't want to give up my man card unless I at least tried and started flooding the wall behind the shower. Very reasonably priced by plumbing standards. I had John replace my two water heaters. I had heard from neighbors and a friend that he was reasonable and did good work so I called him to get an estimate. He was cheaper than Home Depot "SAME DAY" and I'm a person who like referral's. He did a great job installing two water heaters in my second floor attic to include a flood stop device. I was so impressed, I had him return to replace my whole house water pressure regulator, then a third trip to replace the faucets that supply my clothes washer. All three projects done top notch. GPS Plumbing responded immediately to our initial call for "help". They were prompt in showing up, polite, took care of the problem and communicated issues with me as they progressed. I was very happy and thought I definitely need to save their contact information for future problems. Later that day, the faucet they installed was dripping. I reached out and they immediately asked the right questions, I responded and then NOTHING. Never another response from them at all. It has been over a week now and NOTHING. Not impressed. Steve, the owner and Master Plumber, quoted me over the phone for two toilet repairs (complete rebuilds), leaking shower and kitchen sink faucet replacement. I got a couple other quotes as well, and GPS was the most competitive. When it came time to do the work, Steve was right on time. I walked through with him to show him the items needing repair, and he got right to work. The work completed was done quickly, professionally and was of great quality. The invoice sent matched the quote we discussed - no unexpected surcharges or extra service fees, which I've had happen before. The whole experience was great, from quoting to completion. After noticing rust colored water in the pan under our 9 year old water heater, we realized the interior lining was about to bust and we needed to replace it. Steve came out today(just before Easter! )and my sewer problem was not blocked ,toilet flushed and no back up.He explained fully what he thought was going on.
