I went in with a Canadian friend of mine on Saturdays (the only day when its mixed; this is a women only hammam) We first started by enjoying the steam room and alternating with the cold pool and about an hour later we were called for our exfoliation body turn. I must say as I'm writing, my back is still smooth. I laid down on the table and the lady scrubbed my whole body with a glove to the point you could see the dead skin all over the table. You think you took a shower this morning? think again. I felt like I lost a few pound of dirt in the process. We then had our mud care that last for about half an hour, and then went to the relaxing room and waited for our massage. a 20 minutes massage with essential oil that could have lasted longer. Next time for sure I upgrade for an hour! my friend and I got out of there with a brand new skin and more energy! I felt like I lost the weight on my shoulder. Doing it once a month with be a treat!
