I almost had a 4-star experience today... almost…read more Once again, I was in search of specific themed party props, etc. I knew no one else would have what I was looking for, but Party City always seems to pull through in those dire situations. I will say that I found almost everything I was looking for! I asked the help of a kind employee who just so happened to walk me over and point out the last of something I needed. Hells yes. Unfortunately the first employee I asked for help was an uninterested teenager too bothered to leave her "post"... womp, womp. After my great experience finding all sorts of great stuff (for cheap), I descended on the check-out. There was one, inefficient teenager (again) ringing out an older lady and was arguing with her over the price of gift bags. Then, that lead to someone cutting in front of me and then continued on with everything imaginable going wrong with the order. Oh yes, price tag arguments, register out of tape, girl waiting for new tape, girl trying to figure out how to insert tape, tape inserted wrong--you get the drift. 10 minutes later, the nice gentlemen who helped me in the first place took me over to a new register to ring out my cart (thank GOD.) I ended up leaving well before the old lady did. So, Party City still sits at 3 stars. They need to make sure all their employees are on their customer service game and not just one of them.

Costumes were pretty cool, seems like they were a lot more. Creative with costumes when I was a kid, it could be the fact that im now a 30 yr old man shioping for a costume. Hmm? That cant be, I still feel like a kid, may even act like one time to time. This olace was a good one to be at, had me feeling very feative to say the least. Other than the onky costume that caught my eye being sold out and bas custimer service. I walked out feeling quite pimpish. My family…read morehas shopped here for years for every party we threw from graduation parties to birthday parties. They sell the cheapest party supplies and paper products! This is a great place to get plates, napkins, matching plastic silverware, and tablecloths for any occasion. I also have purchased their small clear plastic decorative cups when I made pudding cups or cheesecake shooters that were individual serving sizes. They have plastic wine cups too that are great for large parties when you don't want to use all your glassware. Most recently I have visited here to get balloons filled. I didn't know that they offered this service until I called to check. I already had the balloons and ribbon, but they suggested I drop them off earlier in the day and then pick them up around 4:00 before they close, and before my event started. The latex balloons only last about 6-8 hours. It cost only about $1 to fill up each balloon. The drop off/pick up process was smooth and the workers there are SO nice! I don't know the guy's name that has done my balloons the last two times, but he is the best! So friendly and makes it easy! He even puts the balloons in a bag so they are easy to get in the car. They returned the extra balloons and ribbon both times. None of the balloons popped, and they all held up during the full events. I am so happy to find this local place that is close to the city and convenient for my events. I definitely recommend stopping in here just to check it out!
