The crew that put up our fence did an outstanding job. They made sure they communicated with us and listened to our concerns about the finished look. They were very polite and worked very hard to complete the job quickly even though they faced several obstacles . They were not sent with enough material and had to call for more. They also did not have all of the material to finish the gates and had to return to complete them. I would hire any of them to work for me. The reason for only 4 stars was due to the sales side of it. I understand trying to make a sale but we felt like we were hostages in our own home when Calvin came out to talk with us. We discussed price and he would not take no for an answer until he finally showed us fencing in our price range. Then we had a follow up come out a week later only to find out that the reason the price dropped was because one side of the fence that butted up next to our neighbors was taken out. We had to make a list minute adjustment the day they started construction on our fence and I could tell that the crew was frustrated with the poor communication from their team. Please be nice to the people actually installing the fence or decking because they are the ones making you money! We would recommend their crew but be aware of some of the sales team! read more

He explained what to expect with every step of construction.Very informative about the history of the company, left me comfortable with my decision to move forward. Fantastic so far, and no complaints. I have not had my fence installed yet because I have not decided on color plus having my roof replaced and new siding is a challenge. Although my dilemma Graber have been very understanding and have not pressured me at all. read more
