The first time I came to the Worcester campus from the Sutton campus I could tell right away that these people not only come to church together, but they do LIFE together. You would think because they are close that it would feel cliquey, but it doesn't at all! Everyone is so welcoming, and Pastor David's messages speak to me like I'm the only one in the room- his messages are very scripture-based, and if you take notes, when you go back and read them you'll take something new out of the message every time. It's that good! Kids program is awesome, and worship is incredible! Come and join- you won't be disappointed!

Sadly have heard the pastor complain publicly (to the people whose tithes pay his salary) about his wages on numerous occasions. He gossips and talks poorly about people behind their backs. We found this church quite literally by accident (we intended to go to a church in a different town…read morebut ended up in Westborough instead). And we are so glad and grateful that we did! More than a year later, there's still so much to learn and try and all I can say is... this is a very special, alive church. There is so much going on! Now that we have been there a year I am looking forward to the Great Pie Challenge (I had never seen hundreds of apple pies in one place before) and the Cookie Walk to benefit the music program that are both happening in the next few weeks. There are some great adult education opportunities going on all the time (ALPHA is almost always in progress, and that is a terrific thing to participate in) and we also took part in a wonderful group study on marriage and relationships last spring. The church has been around since the 1700 and has an amazing story - and yet don't let that fool you into thinking it's an 'old' church. That is not the vibe at all. I have never seen so much going on in such a small community and with so much forward thinking. It was important to my husband and me that we find a church that was Open and Affirming - and it is - the church's 'tagline' is "We are a community of open doors and growing faith" - 100% true.
