Service starts at 10am and there is a youth group that meets during the service. Their band, The Way, is amazing. Very upbeat music accompanied with guitars, drums and keyboard. Words to songs are cast on large monitors and they are still doing hybrid service on zoom and FB live. I highly recommend in-person. They are tracking everyone that comes in via a sign in sheet. Communion is taken every week. They have transitioned back to serving the elements. Gluten free rice crackers, grape juice in plastic cups. If you prefer, they have the "instant" communion which is juice and a cracker sealed together. They have a long history of building homes in Mexico but that isn't currently happening due to the pandemic and the climate in Mexico. Regardless the church supports Amor Ministries in other ways. I've been on a mission myself and our children have gone several times. If you are looking for a new spiritual home, check this place out.

The liturgy is in English but the parish is full of diverse people + languages. Megachurches didn't appeal to me, and I found St. Michael's intimate community to be so much more friendly and family-oriented. So grateful to have found a home here!

I really enjoyed the concert, but since this is a venue review rather than a performance or church service review, I'll focus on the space itself. The church has a huge parking lot, which is great, but it was a bit hard to see at night. Inside, there is plenty of seating, so finding a spot wasn't an issue. One downside is that all the seating is flat. If you're attending a concert, I'd highly recommend sitting as close to the front as possible for a better view. I sat in an aisle seat and tried recording a video a few times, but even then, I could barely see past the person's head in front of me. Overall, it's a spacious venue with good parking, but for performances, the flat seating can make visibility challenging.
