Luckily her co-worker referred us to an excellent Loan Officer, Zachary Di Salvo (whom my wife and I also highly recommend; on a side-note), and this step began a domino effect of positivity throughout the entire home-buying process (which may be absolutely traumatizing to some if not situated with an immaculate team: primarily the agent & loan officer). We could not have made a better decision than contacting Erica and scheduling an interview to see if we would all work well together. Never was there a time that any questions to details or inquiries we had for Erica were ever ignored, nor was there even a delay in response!
