Dying congregation obviously set in its ways. They expect you to conform to them and their habits…read more Reminds me a lot of a dying ethnic club. Pulled in a local semi-retired pastor to serve them, he brought half the congregation as part of his retinue. While not the worst place, I have trouble seeing anyone grow spiritually here - and why bother when there are so many healthy, vital congregations in the area?
