We have been going to Grace dental since 2015 and really like Dr. Roberts and her bedside manner. When our insurance went out of network, the office staff assured us we would be charged in network rates, however, that is not the case. They now have gone back on their word and said their notes say different. Why would we stay with a practice that would charge us more for services? That makes no sense. On top of the financial issues and the patient coordinators that can't explain charges, we have seen a few different random doctors in the past few years and we never have the same hygienist. Sadly, our mistake on trusting what the office staff said, but our lesson has been learned. read more

Dr. Grace Roberts is top notch, but she is also a kind and caring human being. This really comes out in how the staff interacts with patients and each other. It is a very friendly, positive, and calm environment. Moreover, Grace Dental staff is also very knowledgeable and informative about dental hygiene, protocol, products and even diet! Dr. Roberts treats our entire family, and we all looks forward to our visits. She has a comforting bed-side manner and puts me at ease when I'm nervous. Dr. Roberts has handled four emergency situations in the last three months, and she completely went out of her way to help us, including weekend FaceTime calls to look at my kiddos' teeth and personally overseeing that we were scheduled ASAP. One of her assistants deserves special mention. Sophia is highly experienced and ably performs procedures. Dr. Roberts also works with top notch specialists in the area for root canals and implants and a reputable lab. The equipment the practice uses is cutting edge. read more

This dental practice is a JOKE. I took the day off work to have a root canal done. I go to the office, they numb me and take more x-rays(mind you they just took them a week before of the same tooth). Then proceeded to charge me $140 for the numbing and x-ray and I was told that they charged me the whole cost then they will bill my insurance and whatever my insurance pays I will recieve a credit. WTF! Then refered me to a endodontics to do the root canal. So basically did nothing. They are scaming people for money. They put on a very good front with everyone being so nice in the office. Everyone in the office is smiling all the time, Yeah right to the bank. I will never go back to Grace Dental again. I highly suggest that you find another dentist. read more

The receptionists and dental hygienists are nice enough, and even the dentist remembers to ask about how school is going, and if the students are giving me a hard time or not. I see Dr. Dallal twice a year, but he actually remember who I am. It's not a huge office, and everything is very personal. You can watch tv during your procedure if you want, since each chair has its own computer screen connected to tv. read more

I've been going to Grace Dental since I was a teenager, and still choose them every time as an adult. It has been a pleasure to visit that office for cleanup/check ups. I'm just glad they're covered with my insurance! The staff is cheerful, happy and do a great job. No one likes to take time off to go to the dentist, and I don't expect sitting through scrapping and polishing is anyone's best experience, but as far as experiences go, at least it's great to be as comfortable as possible! The staff is friendly and seem to be having fun doing what they're doing. The place uses modern technology. The trivia and educational program they have running in their rooms is unique and really entertaining. I had the opportunity to see both doctors and was impressed. This group is about the up sell. We didn't want panoramic xrays done yearly. My kids (late teens) have perfect teeth, so no need for expensive panoramic xrays. But even after explaining my preferences they took them when my 17 year old went in without me and they had existing panos from the oral surgeon that were less than a year old. Shady. My experience here has been horrible. I saw Dr. Dalla. First, I had three cavities on my left side. He drilled the cavities but did not rebuild the teeth to gum level and I constantly had food stuck between the gums and teeth. Second, I had a root canal done and the temporary crown just fell apart after only two days. I spent nearly $500.00 after insurance and had to get these issues fixed my another dentist!
