This pathetic company sold me a hot tub that has never worked. I have connected with the owner Ken twice a week and he has refuse to respond to any text messages. He will only respond once a month. Has "fixed" the hot tub twice and it still won't work. Has also offered to "exchange" the hot tub. The current hot tub continues to leak and we've only used it twice in the 6 months that we've owned it. I want my money back! $2,500! read more

This company is non-trustworthy and incompetent. They put in a liner that was wrinkled in the pool and wanted to charge me more money to fix it. They cut my ladder from the concrete to put on my pool liner and never came back to fix it. This place will cost you thousands of dollars for work that is unfinished and will need to be redone by another pool company. They will not return your phone calls and they will try to sell you used equipment that they try to pass on as brand new. read more

Bought a hot tub 3 months ago and it came with a 6 month warranty . When they deliver the hot tub they noticed the waterfall did not work correctly . They promised to order the part and come back to fix it . They have never came back and they will not answer our calls . Now my hot tub leaks and my concrete pad has mold on it .. very poor customer service . After reading reviews on better business bureau I noticed I wasnt the only person done this way !! read more

Organizational and communication skills with this business are unacceptable. After multiple missed installation appointments, I have cancelled my pool and concrete work scheduled with Graceland Pools. They have yet to refund me my $2000 deposit. Do not recommend. read more
