Seon Mi has done my hair for the last couple of years. I'm always impressed with her attention to detail. She really takes her time and does an excellent job. She is open again! I'm disabled and came to see her trying to support local business. Not only did she do s bad job but she got visibly upset when I talked about my two cop kids and my support for the police during the blm riots and grabbed my Jaír from the back on my head, pulling it. She continued to pull it until I told her too ease up. I was literally scared she'd stick me with her scissors or "accidentally" hurt me. What a nutty and hateful individual. I requested SunMee to give me a deep reddish brown color with red highlights. I ended up with blonde, no color on my roots. Like at all. She put nothing on my roots so I went home with the same gray hair I walked in with. There's no transition of the highlights to my natural color. In some places there is literally a hard line. I hate the blonde because I don't want to be a blonde. She also must have either used crappy products or left it on too long because she fired my hair. I haven't had color lifted in YEARS so there's zero reason why one weave job should fry my hair. This lady cuts hair well. But she should refer out on color jobs because she clearly doesn't know what she's doing. Furthermore, I paid $150 for this crap. My dad and I called on a Saturday (never been here before) Sun Me was able to get us in within 45mins which was awesome! I hadn't got my hair cut in a really long time and she suggested exactly what I needed! My dad is a pretty picky person as well and he was very pleased with his cut. I travel from Redding to Palo Cedro to have my hair cut. Sun Me is easy to work with and is able to accommodate my changes of appointments when necessary within the same week. I am so disappointed. This haircut is so wrong for me. I have had many haircuts in my life and some not so good but this is just awful. It makes the back of my head look flat and she cut it about an inch from my scalp so I cant even work with it.. I will have to wear a wig for months to even look presentable. I went with my mom to get her hair done and the lady did nothing but pick on her and embarrassed her it was so very rude. The owner was just talking crap with her friend the whole time and laughed at my mom when her coworker made fun of my mom. very unprofessional won't be visiting here again. read more
