We knew exactly who we would trust to remodel and transform our dated 1980's home into a modern & inviting sanctuary with an artisan feel. Part of the creative process was sharing my inspiration boards with Allison which allowed her to create a space that reflects and embodies our personality and taste. The architectural revisions she made in the kitchen really opened up the space and provided the open concept we were looking for. Her ability to solve problems when issues arose was quick, effective and intuitive. We absolutely love all the materials, colors, textures and finishes that Allison chose. The combination of the neutral travertine floors against the rich grey cabinets is stunning. The stark white walls allow the dark beams in the ceiling to be the star player. Her attention to detail throughout the home from the paint colors, lighting, window treatments, plumbing fixtures down to the hardware, every detail was meticulously selected to achieve a cohesive, stimulating and inviting space. Allison reinvigorated our home with all new furniture. The combination of supple leathers, textured fabrics, rich woods and unique statement pieces that really give the home an artisan flair. It's not just inside that counts, she also brought life to our outdoor space by creating a serene oasis for us to escape and relax. We had to move as quickly as we could to restore our kitchen, and decided to do a full renovation. Eunji was patient while at the same time encouraging us to make decisions when it was prudent. We often needed to quickly act as we didn't have time to plan and Eunji was readily available to help guide us throughout the process. She looked at the place, we agreed to do business and then we met at a tile shop to go over materials. There were a variety of missteps, including the tile selection, but the most inconvenient was that for the countertop she recommended a style of quartz that, as it turned out, was sold only in large slabs. We needed a small piece. Most of what the store offered came only in large slabs. When time was of the essence because of the contractor's schedule, we ended up going to a remnant dealer and making a selection from what was on hand. Overall, Karen showed a lack of attention to detail and seemed to disregard the financial "allowances" set by our contractor. I'd have posted this review sooner, but did not know she was on Yelp.

We worked almost entirely during the pandemic. We had never worked with a designer before, but we knew we needed design help with our house. We purchased our house for the beautiful views but the design of the house was not our taste. Ashton has helped us make it ours and it feels like home. She helped us find a great contractor to do the small remodeling project and helped us choosing flooring, lighting and paint color for repainting the kitchen cabinets. She also helped with the design plans for enclosing a loft space into an additional bedroom. It looks like such a different house without spending a lot of money, and her choices were not what I would have thought of but I love.
