It bears mentioning that his staff is top notch. Customer service is one of those things that we see dying rapidly these days. My husband and I were greeted with smiles, and the new patient paperwork we needed to fill out already had our names, dates of birth, address on them. Scanning a QR code with my phone I was able to log into an APP with just a few short additional questions. Dr. Graf did the usual eye check and showed me up close pictures of cataracts I have (I knew I had them) and also the back of eye and diagnosed my eye health. Following up with my husband he got the same great attention I received. We weren't even home before Dr. Graf's staff called us to tell us my husband has two appointments in January, 2024 for consultations for cataract surgery. I work as a social worker full time and I am often shocked by the less than thoughtful, kind or patient people we deal with on a daily basis. This clinic gets an A+ from us.

Try living every day for almost a year with sand in your eye. I had 3 follow-up visits with him, which were no help. He asked that I return for more follow-up visits, but I was being charged for an office call with each visit! Why should I pay for him to try to correct his mistake? If I'm going to pay for an office visit, I'll pay a doctor that can solve the problem! You'll probably see other 5-star reviews, but I guess they're the lucky ones. Take my advice, don't place your trust in this guy!

She was very rude and abrupt with me, would not give me information that I needed to get my appointment set up. I asked a question and she hung up on me! I will be setting an appointment with a different doctor this week.

Mid-morning appointment and I saw the optometrist about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment…read moretime. Modern facility with modern equipment. Seating areas were comfortable and average size. The office staff was very friendly and they happen to handle my insurance. They do accept major credit cards for payment. Although not the most thorough exam I've had, I felt more rushed than probably any other previous optometrist's I've visited. A bit pushy on certain aspects of eye correction but still friendly. The highlight was working with the office staff. They had an average selection of frames to choose from and could order many more. They handled all the paperwork. Normal glasses turn-around is a week but it can take a bit longer (2 weeks average) if they need to be made through one's insurance company. There is street parking available along with a small private lot on the side of the building. The front steps can be a bit challenging for those who have mobility issues (very raised concrete steps). Although I did not see it, I'd imagine they have another entrance to accommodate such folks. In conclusion, not the best exam and by far, not the worst. After insurance, I paid more in taxes than I did for my new eye hardware. Price was reasonable.
