I had to prepay for Spinal decompression treatment & it was very expensive. Dr Kerwin is a good salesman, but proved to be poor Dr in my experience. He was present at 2 out of the 16 appointments. He left my service to younger girl in the office. He indicated to me after not getting any relief that he would adjust me every Monday. Did not happen! He did that just the 2 times. His wife, Gena had indicated to my wife that Dr Kerwin would call me to talk about concerns. Never happened! Again, this treatment plan was very expensive & to this day I am owed $1,200 on service not used. In my opinion, I would strongly suggest not using Dr Kerwin for neck pain relief. Quality of care was definitely highly, highly underwhelming.

I had heard many good things from the neighborhood about Anne Maedke's practice so seemed like the perfect time to try it. I was greatly impressed with the degree of personal attention I was given. I was fully evaluated and seemed that my problem was not my neck but an old rotator cuff injury that did not adequately been corrected. I have now had two treatments and feel significantly better not just in my neck but the movement of my shoulder is much improved. As was a bit fearful of getting my spine manipulated but was put completely at ease and in the end found the experience very supportive, comforting and positive. Would definitely recommend Dr. Anne to anyone wanting a positive, productive experience.

I may need to change providers. I can't get to anyone to ask a question ALL DAY long - always says, 'you have more than 5 callers ahead of you'. There should be an option to leave a message and get a call back (at a minimum)!! Very disappointed.
