I came across Jam as one of my searches, they place did not disappoint. I ordered the Royal Bouncer which was a fried egg with that gooey yolk goodness dripping down. I had a coffee and enjoyed my early afternoon by people watching and seeing the tram go by every several minutes. We waited 20-30 minutes for a menu, and probably placed our order 1 hour into our meal. When our food finay came, they forgot my food. They make a point of serving organic fruit and herb teas, and also have a small selection of beers. We found the quality of the food to be very good - fresh and tasty; but the service was pretty poor - it seemed to be very slow, with people arriving after us being served first and it took three requests to get milk with coffee, - an order for a second coffee never materialised.
