Having traveled in France since the 60's I was shocked at how bad the food has become in France as a whole. In the old days, one would on very rare occasions get a bad meal. However now, it's the rare good meal one finds in France!! It seems that France has gone the route of America with it's shit food!! C'est Domage!!! Anyway, Le Provencal is a charming place that was the high point of our dining in France!
