They charge that same $1.50 for full size pick-ups and SUVs, and, I'm supposing, real FULL SIZE vans. That up-charge should ONLY apply to real FULL SIZE vehicles. Considering the fact that the employees also have a container put out for tips, I'd rather give the hardworking employees my $1.50 at the other end, but I have to spend it on that bogus up-charge.

Really good suction, so be careful you don't vacuum up something unintentionally- I lost a cheap pair of sunglasses and a couple pens. It's not touchless, so if I had a really nice car and was worried about paint scratches I would go elsewhere, but for my little Kia, the brushes are better at taking dirt off, so I'm ok with it. I guess I might consider a monthly plan in the winter to keep the salt and rust to a minimum - if you do that math it makes sense if you wash more than 3 times per month. The guy at the entrance assumes you are an idiot and don't know to put the car in neutral, but I still toss a couple of bucks in the tip box. Whatcha gonna do?

You get "high pressure rinse and high pressure soap" the soap from the brush is so thick and sticky that the "high pressure rinse" will take you about 5 minutes to complete the spray off. Even the bare minimum wash package offers vacuuming and wiping down the interior surfaces. I was disappointed, I only purchased the wash package for the interior detailing because it's hard to find that service since I moved. Don't offer the service if your employees don't perform it. I have one more certificate left, but honestly I can do better at home. I'd recommend saving your money. Hopefully other locations are better but the other reviews I've seen do t give me much hope.
