I called and spoke with the lady who does Certified adds she said she was the only one doing adds and she was behind on it but it was on her desk . I told her I needed it she assured me it would be placed in mail Monday that was .its now Friday and still no Certified proff. So I call leave many messages to unanswered phone # on there web sight . Finally I get through to a agent she send call to lady I spoke with on Monday. She was fast on phone to say she mailed but post carrier said mail in town only takes a day to receive i tried asking address she sent to it correctly the one needed to be mailed .then she says she has to Waite on a person who certififies such papper ? Now did she mail out really??? Then she said its will be at front office for me to pickup? Today ....! Im not sure who is in charge but clearly poor customer service in the Certified part of the daily sentinel as in mesa county it are only option for such adds . Who ever is in charge of this department its in need of staff review ive placed many adds with the nickle and daily sentinel in 30 + yrs of my company being in the valley never have I ever been so frustrated with lake of service. Sadly I feel the person working that department was short in talking with me and not a good vibe from her on my end now I worry if im able to place furniture adds needed by law !

Called in to get information on becoming a client and helping other business in the valley. I told…read morethe person that answered it was difficult to find the business information from my cell phone and I had to search for their website then get the number from there. The person who answered got very defensive and pulled up google.com and did a search for his business there and said he was listed all over the place. I let him know that cell phones and tablets typically do not use google.com but google.com/local along with GPS to find local businesses same with bing.com/local and yahoo.com/local. He got upset and told me I needed to work on my approach yet I was the customer calling to get services from them. I called back to speak with a manager but no one answered the phone so I left a message and never got a replay. From the moment the phone was answered the tone was not friendly.
