Two days later I found that the check was written on the wrong account. I called Austin and explained the situation. I wanted to make sure they got paid so I gave them a check on the correct account. Both checks went through the bank. I was told that Otis was the only one who could reimburse me and he was out of town on a family emergency. I have been trying since January to get reimbursed. They do not answer my calls or hang up on me as soon as they realize who it is. This is no way to run a business. Guess this is what I get for believing that people are good.

I called the company last Thursday and they showed up 2 hours late so I let it slide . Then the pump pulley spun free off the shaft so they had to take it apart and reset the pulley on the pump shaft . Then back pumping again not making much headway then the pulley spun loose again . Then I had to jump in and lend a hand since I know alot about being a mechanic but this happened for 3 hours . Some reason it wasn't pumping correct . So they decided to go dump what they had and came back a week later and again pump wasn't working correctly . This company isn't maintaining the equipment correct . If your going to run a business keep your equipment maintained and keep your customer happy . Now I've got to spend time finding another septic service . I also had to stay in contact with them which I shouldn't had to . They have outdated equipment and won't spend a dime on better equipment . Don't use these guys . But I'm not out money just upset that I've got to take Time to find a septic service .
