If I have questions, or need help, I know I can count on just asking them questions there in person, and leave with what I need. However... we need to talk about the 1 star experience with the young females you chose to hire lately, usually to work at the front desk. They have bad attitudes, and seem to have no product knowledge, they also seem to treat customers like they are somehow beneath them. I was struggling with my 2 year old during checkout the other day, and the cashier girl kept giving me bad looks like I was holding up her day plans or something. And I think her demeanor was a bit contagious for the customer in line behind me, because it ended up with me feeling a bit put-out at my favorite local Ace! So management. If you read this, please retrain or fire the bad attitude girls. Please and thank you. lol!

I was most disappointed to learn Lowe's in Billings does not allow the military discount on…read moreappliances. We needed an electric dryer in a most desperate way. We also found that Lowe's was having a sale on appliances and the sale ended the next day. We did some research, found a couple brands and model numbers before we went to Lowe's, which is an hour drive one way. Good thing we did our research. They had two GE models we were interested in. The one we wanted wasn't in stock but the one with lesser features was. I found the salesman obnoxious in that he wasn't listening to us. He did everything to sell us a matching washing machine which we didn't need. He offered a delivery service which would add to the cost but we needed the machine TODAY and an added cost to remove the old machine in addition to the cost of the vent and cord. AND, he did sell us an extended warranty. Even with the extended warranty (which isn't a very good warranty) and the items to connect the dryer, we did save a little money.
