I had a loose screw in my glasses, and stopped in to see if they could tighten it before it came out completely. A lovely woman replaced the screw, tightened everything up, and cleaned them. When I asked how much I owed her, she simply smiled and shook her head, sending me on my way. Couldn't have been a more pleasant interaction. She was a real lifesaver, preventing me from potentially having no glasses for the balance of my trip. read more
