Very bad service. The automated confirmation system is confusing and not clear - only clear to staff. They have screwed up my daughters vaccination appt 3 times and they still won't get her in to see a Dr. they don't call to change the appts either. Very badly run practice. Incompetent. I took my sick daughter there. They were very helpful, very nice and very professional. Nice clean and organised premier. The doctor was really good with my daughter who wants to use her now as her regular doctor. I rang and booked and everything went well. We were only about 10 min in to the doctor later than our appointment which is pretty good these days. read more
