I relied on this title co to handle purchase transaction of a lot adjacent to one I already owned. I asked GRA&T to tell me if any reason why I could not build across the dividing line btw the 2 lots. They said it would be no problem, so I proceeded with the purchase. These are supposedly experts on property law and represent themselves as such. They were dead wrong and their advice lead me to purchase a lot that is worthless to me.
