I don't enjoy it, now that I know what it is. I tried one, I know I don't enjoy it, not at all, I hated it. I don't want to try it again, I'd like a refund. You should make money off customers that do enjoy it not off those that you mislead. I had no idea a "process video" was DIFFERENT THAN ALL THE OTHER VIDEOS I've watched from Let's Make Art over the past number of years. $100 wasted. Angry right from the start at me for reasons beyond my control. $20. I don't care about my $20 deposit, and would have paid $20 to talk to a family friend that works there. Management needs to go if $20 is an issue on a gun they made a nice big profit on cause it was back ordered for 3-6 months (popular). Seriously I would be giving a 5 star if she hadn't just been downright nasty and accusing as if I had ignored calls to pick up the gun. As a good salesperson once said it's usually the salesperson making the sale not the product. I wouldn't accept something for free here at this point. Except for my friend working there maybe they'll go under. Almost no stock. Prediction: gone in 18 months.
