I reached a milestone of reaching $100K profit this month by offering their services to others. They never failed any of my clients.

We really liked Dave Larsen (Vice President) Dave was excellent to work with. So sad that Firmco…read morelost him! He was very understanding and very helpful. We got behind on leases we had, because our businesses were slow. The fee's that Firmco charges if you are late are astronomical (over $10,000). Before Dave Larsen past a way, we had talked to Dave and he agreed to waive half the astronomical late fees for us on our three leases. Sharan even sent us an email with the total with half the late fees. We were able to get half the late fees waived off of one of the leases. However Sharan will not waive half the late fees on the other two leases. Sharan wanted all three leases paid off the end of June. That is not what Dave agreed to. Dave knew we could not pay all three leases the end of June. (both our stores are still closed due to COVID-19, 5 1/2 months now) Pretty sad when Firmco will not honor Dave Larsen's (Vice President) word to us, waiving half the late fees on our leases, as Dave agreed to do for us. Dave approved that for us. Now that Dave past away and is no long at Firmco, Sharan will not honor Dave's word. (unbelievable and sad) We are pretty. sure Dave would not be happy with Firmco for not honoring his word to us. ( at least that is how Dave seemed to us caring, understanding and helpful in ever way he could help). Not sure how Firmco can actually feel good about this. We would think Firmco would want Happy Customers. Dave would never ever treat his customers like that.

Scam artists I am writing this review and can assure you…read morethat I am 100% real and 100 % honest. Emergency Business Funding has used the system to scam hundreds of people. Just got to the BBB, and you can see complaints about them, and Google their name too. We as new business owners had the misfortune to get ourselves involved with this scam company , they are not a legitimate business to get business loans. They make them selves sound like a big operation, but work from an apartment some where in Utah (supposedly) So initially Jason H or James H, and Carmen (they never disclosed their fullreal names and last last names, which he is probably fake anyway), he calls us, and we set up the initial fee 239.00 for a 20-30 minute conference call, asking us our financial info, including SS#'s addresses etc etc. full names.. and on and on.. Then funds were promised from 4 days to 2 weeks, but in a matter of 2 weeks we get emails and a phone call stating certain issues had arrised and they ,Emergency Business Funding can help us in another way ! They guaranteed that we will get the loan and the offered help cost us $1500 plus, and had to be paid for upfront. As a result of their scam techniques, they damaged our credit even further, they took a lot of my valuable time. Now, I will describe what happened in more details. The services they offered in the agreements were not rendered or rendered in the way other than promised (giving false promises, providing inaccurate information and advices) I paid to this company about 1800 in all and paid with my Discover card. After realizing that the services are not being provided to me, and multiple failed attempts to ask them to provide such services, I decided to dispute the charges with Discover card. I exercised my legal consumer rights. Discover card resolved the dispute and returned me the full amount of money. The business then tried to fight the action and sent false information, claiming for instance that the business plan was created by them, as the service, they provided, while this business plan was my property and created by a different company. I fought back and send additional 30 pages of information of how this business operated and treated me and my partner, and more explanations. The Discover eventually returned the money again to them. Then Emergency Business Funding sent my account to collection agency claiming payment past due. I had to sent the proven information and the letter to the collection agency. And I am still dealing with these people. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, RUN AWAY. THIS IS NOT A SOLID BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOT ACTING LIKE ONE. THEY ARE FAKES and scammers. A RED FLAG should've been noticed from the beginning, but they use peoples desperation to get funds to take advantage of them. Also, they have a way to remove bad reviews on line. I am also in contact with Attornies, the State Attorney and BBB, as well as numerous consumer affairs associations in the United States.
