I called the company not knowing what to expect, with many questions, etc. Jessica answered the phone and put the customer back in customer service! She was not only friendly, but patient and knowledgeable about the whole process. She got my scheduled quickly and then the next day a friendly gentlemen (didn't catch his name) showed up and set me right up. Once the bag was full, I called back and Jessica schedule the next available pick up. The whole experience was so awesome, I ordered a second one. Anyway, several days later the first bag was picked up and the second one set up. The pickup was done by the owner and he was very friendly as well! Bottom line: I highly recommend this service, great product, local company, friendly staff, reliable service. If you need to clear some space and get rid of a lot of stuff, this is a great company.
