I'll never work with them again on account of his blatant disregard for wants because he's too busy sticking to what he's used to/thinking our ideas are silly. Our contractor hired him and we cut out a lot of wants because he made it seem impossible to do. I decided to try to rehire them for a smaller project so everything would match and explained what we wanted. it took over a month to get drawings/proposal and then again, the drawings were not like anything we talked about. it was like Sean measured and just did what he thought should be there versus what we wanted. We ended up going with a different cabinet maker and wow did they do fantastic! Oddly enough, they didn't make any of it seem unreasonable to ask for either!

We also designed entertainment cabinets to be built and installed at a later date. When they came to deliver and install the kitchen cabinets there was a major snow storm and they could not get a up our driveway. Instead of rescheduling they blamed us for not clearing the snow. I told them there was no way the driveway could be cleared and that the highways were not even cleared of snow. This was totally unreasonable, unprofessional. We finally we were able to clear the snow and they were able to delivery and install the cabinets. Once the cabinets were installed some of the cabinets were either damage upon delivery or damaged when the were installed. We had no choice but to allow them to patch/paint them to cover the damaged area. So now we set up an appointment with Sean Schlangen to come out to re-measure for entertainment cabinets so we don't we have the same issue (mis-measured) the we had with the island. He cancelled the first appointment the day of the appointment, and rescheduled. He then called the day of the rescheduled appointment and said they would not do the work. I told him we stuck with them building the cabinets because we want the entertainment cabinets to match the kitchen cabinets. He said they would not build them because of the issue of them not being able to deliver and install the kitchen the day of a major snow storm. We also need them to correct the under cabinet refrigerator in the kitchen island. There's a large gap that needs to be corrected. Now they refuse to correct their error. Another issue is that we asked for a written warranty and they said there was no written warranty, which of course concerned us, but Sean Schlangen said they would take care of any issues pertaining to their cabinets. Now they will not correct their mistake. Not getting a warranty is a decision we regret to this day.

I had this company replace my roof and as the roof looks nice the process along the way was less…read morethan desired. The communication was poor and the customer experiance was not there. They did get the roof done within a quick turn around, but there has been no follow up on the job or communication. I did have an issue with billing as well and that will not be resolved based on the email I got back. I just think there is a better company out there to replace roofs with a bit more to offer for the customer experiance.

Even helped move my couch back and put closet door back in. They finished the doorway where carpets meet, that had not been done correctly by previous carpet installer.
