They took my second payment for building materials, last May, 2024, and the contract stated that they were to order building materials, which they did not do. I know this because I forced their supplier, Simkins Hallin, to tell me whether he had ordered materials, and they verified he did not. It is HIGHLY recommended that you check with Keith's suppliers to verify he is ordering materials! It seems as if this company is "robbing Peter to pay Paul" as they say. Furthermore the building they did put up, is terrible looking, and already falling over, and may be a complete tear down. We are finding fraudulent business and building practices, and alongside other business and private owners, have initiated a fraud investigations against Keith and Jack Bright with multiple agencies including the Montana DOJ, and Montana FBI. Weeks later our tractor broke so we couldn't plow and it ended up in the delivery truck getting stuck and the shed being put far from where it should be. Found out that the original shed that was promised to be delivered was given to another unhappy client further delaying our shed. The sheds that were delivered do not match. The roofs are different colors and the wood frames do not match. If you're one of the 22 sheds he says is behind us RUN, don't walk, away from this guy. Ultimately, this guy is not worth your time, money or heartache. Zero integrity among the long list of other things.

The service tech literally walked off the job after having non-stop conversations with Kelley the entire time he was in our home, all of 20 minutes. He showed up earlier than the text stated, and then didn't complete the job. Also, BMS reduced their workers insurance coverage and no longer moves any items to clean under like the original owners did. I was incredibly disappointed to learn it wasn't managed by Dave and his wife any longer. The level of professionalism and customer service is nothing like they provided in the past. And the new owners aren't forthright in telling you it's under new management. It's "oh, the system has been upgraded, let's get your information put back in" when you call to schedule as a repeat customer of Dave's. And, be sure, if you do use them, to pay at the time of service or you get some money desperate jacked up legal team in NJ threatening you with passive aggressive commentary in group messages within a week.

Fast forward to today when they were supposed to come at 10:30 they never showed. At 11:30, after multiple calls, they stated their van had been stolen. I finally found someone to do the job. They texted me finally a couple hours later stating that they were "so sorry" and requesting the name of the company that agreed to finally take our job. So over this company, it is my understanding that new owners have taken over this company. Read and heed.
