President Ben Fullerton called right back then came down that day to survey the work, provided me with an estimate then, realizing I had a real emergency on hand, moved me to the top of his list and arranged his schedule to match mine such that he could get started asap. Pretty amazing. To summarize, once he got underground, the job turned out to be bigger than he first thought, but he kept me apprised of exactly what was required. He had to sub out some electrical work, and once he got the bill from the electrician he felt it was too high. Rather than just silently pass it along to me, he went to bat and got it lowered to a more reasonable number. Again, pretty amazing. I can't recommend Ben and his company highly enough: Very prompt service, very reasonable cost and most important, high quality, professional results. What more could you ask? Oh, I know... he and his co-workers are just really nice, pleasant folks to deal with.

We started by having PA come in and apply 2" of closed cell foam on the entire building envelope. Then we applied a 1.5" layer of Dow Board strips over the studs to provide thermal bridge blocking. Then we had PA come back in and fill ouT the stud bays with open cell to provide a very tight and well insulated package. These guys do such a nice job. They take pride in the work and leave the job site super clean and neat when done. They take the time to protect the building elements that need to stay clean. Over all an excellent experience and I would recommend them to peOple looking to do it right.
