They say they don't feel responsible for this to have happened. The president of the bank doesn't comprehend his own job. They also don't believe in checking IDs. Because they don't check IDs, you could probably take everyone's money and they would say it's not their fault. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to keep your money safe. I was unable to use my log in because they decided to merge my account with someone from Florida, breaching their privacy and security policies since I had access to the other ladies entire bank account information and personal address. Once they finally got that sorted, I still was unable to log in and no one did anything to assist me. Even their tech support was unhelpful stating that it appeared I didn't have a policy. Angela, specifically is the worst to deal with. She doesn't seem to know what she's doing, does not care about the customers they're serving, and has always been incredibly rude to me every time I called. Charlie is old and needs to retire before he continues to bring shame to this company. The ONLY helpful person is Dillon. He's actually really kind and seems to actually have a brain. Worst State Farm agency I've ever dealt with and I've had State Farm for over 10 years.
