Oh god! Where to begin! -Bought steering adaptor from summit racing -Less then 100miles most of which straight driving the horn contact plate disintegrates -Go to there web site and email the techniques support like it says to do because there is no warranty department HINT HINT -Send email, picture of defective part and part number along with my phone number -2 weeks go by I call and talk to "English as a second a language man" who tells me he received no email and needs copy of receipt -I send copy of email and copy of receipt -I get an email back from Mario Alegre Saying he's going to look into it -Another email from Mario saying he is going to send me the replacement parts -2 weeks later I send email "Is this still coming? I have not received anything" -Mario responds Give me your address -I email my address even though its on the receipt -3 weeks later I receive the WRONG parts -I call asking to speak to a manger this has now been 2 MONTHS I get "English as a second a language girl" I explain the situation She goes back and forth putting me on hold and then transfers me to another "English as a second a language man" who takes my number tells me he will look into it but they are going to close in a half an hour and does not have time to deal with it -Now 2 weeks later and I have never received a phone call!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ITS GARBAGE AND SO IS THE WARRENTLY AND SO IS THE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!! read more
