We called and even though they were booked up, they offered to diagnose us and to fit us in as soon as possible. When we arrived, one of their associates Jorge Rico took a look right away on their lift. He discovered we had a simple problem with a cracked plastic undermount section that was rubbing against our tire - which he fixed on the spot by securing it down. This saved our cross-country journey and we were so grateful for how they fit us in and did such efficient work and beyond reasonable.
