ColoradoLand in Burlington saved me from certain disaster - THANK YOU GUYS!…read more *Highly recommend this shop, helpful and honest guys, reasonable pricing, 10/10 would come here again* I was going on a road trip and had just had new tires installed at a certain discount shop in Denver... but then immediately on my road trip, one of these new tires kept going flat, and I even stopped at another Les tire place outside of Denver to have it checked - where they floated it, filled it up with air, and sent me on my way... which didn't help, this tire kept going flat while driving on the highway...definitely something wrong. I70 was getting much more rural and it was a Saturday (most tire shops don't stay open late if at all on a Sat). Desperately, I searched for a tire shop, hoping to find one that could help me, as I still had 600 miles to go. The guys at Coloradoland were willing to get me seen even though they were closing soon, they listened and heard me out, floated the tire, didn't see any immediate problem (which is where the previous shop sent me on my way) but I expressed my concern about continuing the trip, since it was still going flat, so something must be wrong, and these guys took such good care of me, they completely disassembled the tire and discovered it had not been mounted with a quality tire lube which was causing this tire to leak out air and go flat on me, even at highway speeds. They properly re-mounted the tire and I was back on the road SAFELY in no time. They were awesome and I made it all the way to Missouri and back to Denver with zero problems from the tire. Their willingness to help saved me from having a flat in the middle of nowhere, and my car doesn't have a spare, so it would have been a disaster. Instead these guys saved my trip! We called and even though they were booked up, they offered to diagnose us and to fit us in as soon as possible. When we arrived, one of their associates Jorge Rico took a look right away on their lift. He discovered we had a simple problem with a cracked plastic undermount section that was rubbing against our tire - which he fixed on the spot by securing it down. This saved our cross-country journey and we were so grateful for how they fit us in and did such efficient work and beyond reasonable. Had A class C RV with left rear tire stem issues. I'd traveled from Florida visiting 3 separate shops! They all charged me and missed the issue! Not here. They Immediately Identified the problem. Willie, the store manager Was knowledgeable and fantastic in his supervisory position. He oversaw a shop of many personnel in a responsible, professional manner. The customer service has been outstanding from the first call I made to the receptionist, the diagnostics, and repair. Jason was very generous with his time, and is very knowledgable. They have worked well with warranty information. Most importantly, I never felt like my lack of mechanical knowledge was taken advantage of. Jason very clearly explained the problems and the steps he would take to remedy it. Overall, I have never had a more pleasant and stress-free experience with a shop. I would recommend Hilltop, and Jason to anyone!

Save yourself the hassle and take it to real mechanic. Their labor hourly rate is more than a real mechanic with a real shop. They don't know vehicles either. I had to tell them how to diagnose the vehicle, and I'm not a mechanic! They have a car lift and a welder, otherwise I would've done the repairs myself. They are charging twice as much for parts. I could've ordered the parts from the auto parts store for half the price!!!! And that's at full retail!!! I fully intend to file a complaint with the AG concerning the unauthorized repairs.
