I and my ex business partner are essentially the only two attorneys practicing in our area of law in SWFL. RGB was aware of this, yet took on our ex business partner on as a client while managing our advertising and our website. RGB knew we would not agree with their representation of a competitor and former business partner. As a result, RGB allowed a retired webpage from mine and my ex partner's old business to republish on my ex partner's domain. This caused numerous business listings to be repopulated with old contact information. As a result Google penalized us and suspended all of our Google Business Pages. This destroyed our business. The owner Gabriella was unapologetic and just made up excuses when confronted. It has been over six months and three of our four Google location pages are still suspended because of RGB's actions and conflict of interest. On one hand RGB was managing our website and online advertising and on the other hand they were managing my primary competitor's website. The owner of RGB swears there is nothing wrong with this... Gabrielle, the owner's, exact word to us when confronted about this were, "it's not our fault if you cannot convert calls." We have always had a very high conversion rate for converting calls into clients. The problem arose when RGB ruined our online presence and we stopped receiving calls. We had an old website from the mid-2000's that was in major need of a facelift and we decided to it was time for an overhaul. Reema was our point of contact and helped us thru the design process with the initial site. We gave her an idea of what we wanted, which she received well and improved upon greatly. Emails and phone calls were promptly handled and she made the design process very easy thru all of the minor changes and adjustments. She setup and managed our company email and all of the hosting necessary for the website. The pricing was very fair and we were charged the amount that we were quoted. We had a new and beautiful website for a fair price. After a few years of having the new website and great support from Stickboy, they recommended us to consider building a new site that was written in HTML5 and that was "responsive" , meaning that the same website was seen regardless of which device was viewing it (Mac, PC, iPhone or Android). Some may have viewed this as a sales pitch but after some serious research, their recommendation was spot on. Reema was still active in the company but we were given a new designer, Harrison, to build and manage our website. Harrison did a phenomenal job with the new site. He created it so that we were able to make a lot of our changes on our own without having to call (and pay) Stickboy. With the new code, our bounce rate dropped dramatically and our website hits increased by 40%. Everything they said the new website would do happened even better than anticipated. From day one, Stickboy has been professional, attentive and a pleasure to work with. They can convey technical things to non-tech people very well and their service has been nothing but stellar. Web design companies are a dime a dozen these days but I doubt many can live up to the high standard that Stickboy has delivered to our business for the past 6 years.
