I had my BMW X3 wrapped in an Inozetek Metallic Racing Green film as well as some exterior hardware (carbon fiber spoiler, and other carbon bits) installed by Leo and his team. They also treated the car with ceramic pro gold following completion of the wrap. This car looked amazing (you can see pictures on this Yelp page), and the quality of wrap work done had me constantly surprising people after telling them that it was in fact a wrap and not a factory BMW color. I can also speak to the durability of the work, seeing that it has now been 2 years and all seams are holding strong. Leo then impressed me even further with his service when the wrap material unfortunately began to have some oxidation issues after just a few months (including weekly hand-washes). Leo worked with the company to source an entirely new roll of material to replace the damaged areas, set up time and scheduled a slot for me to bring the car in to rewrap, all free of additional charge. I got my car tinted here a couple of months ago, and while the quality of the tint itself was good, I had a few issues with my experience. I initially asked for a shade darker than the standard for the front windows. But after referring a friend to the same place, I realized my tint was the same as theirs and finding out I did not receive the slightly darker tints that I asked for. When I reached out to the shop about this, they said their records only showed 35% and that I should've caught it when I paid. I get it, I should have double-checked, although, I am adamant that I asked for a darker shade. On top of that, I didn't get the window control panel sticker to prevent me from accidentally opening the windows right after the tint was applied, but my friend got it. Most places provide that as a basic precaution, so I was surprised they didn't. Overall, the tint looks good, but I'm disappointed with how the mix-up was handled. Value is good, on par with other shops, I picked them because of the brand that they use. read more

A disappointing experience this time around with window tinting. Got my new Model Y ceramic tinted. It took several redos and after a 3rd attempt, there are still some imperfections. Some sizable ones, half inch to inch that are noticeable to the naked eye. I think they truly tried their best to remedy the situation but unfortunately fell short. It's ironic because they say they are perfectionists, however they also say that imperfections are normal with tint installation. It took too much of my time to keep returning to redo, and risking that the next redo may have an imperfection in a worse area. They forgot to clip some panels in the rear hatch which caused it to rattle when driving. They did fix this after I returned and pointed it out. I noticed some scratches on the interior panel. The interior of the vehicle was dirty from pickup. I expect my vehicle to be returned in the same if not better condition from when I dropped it off. I appreciate their offer for a free interior detail, but spending more time to bring it in again isn't worth it. The amount of $ paid and time lost wasn't worth it. I wish I went somewhere else. They were great with communication but needs improvement with quality control. Maybe I have higher expectations. read more

Full marks in terms of tint application, but some considerations. My estimated wait time to tint the windows on my 2022 GR86, was 2 - 2.5 hours. It took closer to 3.5 hours with no communication of a delay. They were communicative over Yelp messages and did send me a calendar invitation and sms with reminders - nice touch. However, the final price in the meeting invite was lower than what I was ultimately told was the cost. To be clear I arrived, checked in, and was confirmed the calendar invite price and details by the woman who checked me in. An hour after drop off, I got a text stating that the price was a mistake based on price calculations previously shared. I paid the new price (note 3% charge for credit card payments). There is an opportunity here to ensure the agreed upon price is accurate during check in, and I was let down that the owner didn't try greet me at the shop. While not necessary, it's a free gesture and considering the mistake and I was a referral too. read more

I've brought my car to Graphix lab many times over the last two years. They have done an exterior chrome delete, tinted my front windshield at 50%, tinted my tail lights and front lights. They've also painted and installed a fiberglass spoiler. They put on brake caliper covers for me and taken off old emblems and installed new ones. I'm picky and pay attention to details. I got my Tesla Model Y tinted and front PPF here with Leo and his team. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy with the job and making it affordable and reasonable prices. This situation may vary from car to car, but my sensors kept giving me warnings after my PPF was installed and the warnings should go away after driving around for a few days but mine never did so I went back to ask them if they could do a cutout of the sensors so that they're not fully covered, they were happy to do it for me and it worked perfectly afterwards and I did not get anymore warnings from my Tesla screen. (1/7/22) I recently just came back to them recently because there was an airpocket with water that was created after a car wash. The car tech, Manny, was able to do a quick fix squeegee out all the water in under 15 minutes and it looked good as new. I called customer service for the car company and they were not able to tell me the color of my dashboard except that it was grey. The short story is that Naomi needs a pay raise, Leo is way too polite, and that the pictures speak for themselves. The longer story is that my 20+ year old Volvo sleeper was in need of an exterior makeover. After searching around Yelp and requesting quotes, Graphix Labs provided me with a quote that was affordable. To qualify their quality of work, I first requested that my taillights be tinted. They tinted them within a few hours, got the car back, and evaluated how they trimmed the excess tint film off based on how the seam between the taillight housing and the taillight acrylic looked; it basically looked like it came tinted out of the factory. Based on this assessment, I determined that it would probably be okay to request that a full wrap be done. Naomi made an appointment for me a week out which gave me time to do my own prep work, and Leo said that he had no problems with me doing that. On the way to the appointment, the sunroof glass rusted off and flew out on the freeway, leaving behind a rusted mess. Showed Leo when I arrived and he said that his team will work around it. It took the team longer than originally anticipated, but I got the car back and it looked immaculate, minus the rusted-off sunroof. Talking to Leo, he told me his team had a hard time working on my car given the boxy shape, which gave rise to the longer amount of time they had requested. That said, given that the wrap installation was significantly harder than originally anticipated by Leo, I was expecting to have to pay way above the estimate (based on experience I've had with other places who have dealt with my car); the final price I paid was less than 1% additional cost to the estimate. On the way back home, I noticed that one of the signal lamp housings came loose and wreaked havoc on my fender and bumper wrap; further assessment found that the clip that would normally hold it in place broke off, presumably during wrap installation. I brought the car back to the team and they told me that since it was an error on the team's part, they would cover the re-wrap labor and materials for free. In addition, Leo had placed an order to have my signal lamp replaced, also for free. Naomi set the appointment for me a week out. In addition, I had the trunk re-wrapped because I messed up on rebadging (this I needed to pay for which is totally understandable). Based on my experience with Graphix Labs, I believe they are a car wrap company that values quality at the highest level while being affordable. They will accept special requests if needed (in my case, having the trunk redone), will admit to mistakes, and correct those mistakes free of charge (in my case, having the bumper, fender, and side blinker housing redone/replaced). Naomi is their main front desk who is very professional and communicates very well as a liaison between the team and the customer. In addition, she's very welcoming to customers as they arrive, offering water or coffee. In my mind, it's very difficult, if not impossible, to imagine Naomi being rude in the slightest; I think Graphix Labs is very fortunate to have her. Leo is the company's owner - he's a young dude who is also incredibly professional and polite. He doesn't carry his ego when you talk to him and he will speak to you at your level, both as a customer as well as a car enthusiast. He looked out for my car, as evident in conversations I had with Naomi while he was out of town for a few days, and when the job was done, even told me he was slightly jealous at the quality of the wrap job, possibly thinking about having his car wrapped with the same wrap that I had. Lastly, I've looked at many reviews and don't seem to have seen a lot of people talk about the team; as someone who works in a team and never interacts directly with customers (in my case as a medical lab technician, patients), it can be difficult at times to put in quality work for things where you don't see the final end product (the satisfaction/reaction of the customer). The job is thankless and can be very grueling at times, especially when you see how full their garage gets. I think the team deserves all of the credit for the labor that they put in and I wish there was a way for me to better show my appreciation. Based on the quality of their work, I think they're all fantastic people and deserve as many thank yous as possible. I'll conclude this review with saying thank you to the entire team at Graphix Labs for the experience I've shared with them, in totality. If I ever needed another car wrapped, windows tinted, or needed to recommend a friend to them, there is no other team I would go to. I have now had 3 of my cars worked on by Graphix lab. They did amazing on all 3. I purchased a brand new 2020 Shelby GT500 and they did a full impact point PPF and window tint on it and everything perfect. Not only was the work super clean and reasonably priced, but Leo seemed to really care about doing a good job. I couldn't have been happier with the work. *More importantly* in the weeks after they did the work I wanted to add some small elements to make the car more unique (there are SO MANY MSM Tesla 3's!). Both times Leo was super cool, got me in basically within 24 hours, and would not take money from me for the ADDED work. Leo and his team did a great job tinting my car. This was my first ever car tint, and they answered a lot of the questions I had. I went with their Suntek Ceramic (or Suntek CIR) on my front sideview mirrors and back windows. For the front, I decided to keep it around the required state level for California, and went with 60% on the back as a personal preference. So far, I have not noticed any bubbles, and the tint job looks great. I would highly recommend coming here. First appointment was July 31st. When I went to drop my car off, I should have trusted my gut. The drop off process is a mess, literally 3 other people had the same drop off time with one person try to assist everyone. Then deciding on which tint to get the guy couldn't even tell me the difference between the ceramic and the SunTek. I ended up choosing ceramic, it was $320 for the back windows. Now for the quality of work (see photos). I know that when you first have the tint put on the some wetness still there maybe small pockets of air that go away after a couple of days. But the very next day I noticed it bubbling up in new places and dust particles under the film. Called in, got another appointment to bring it back in 2 weeks later. August 14th I drop my car off again. Go to pick it up and it's no better and.... well I was told to "expect dust under the film there's no way to have a completely clean install without take the whole car apart". That's not true. The guy told me they redid the side windows but not the reat windshield "we just tried to push the bubbles out" is what he said. Then tells me to wait 10 days and if the bubbles are still there to bring it back and they'll "fix" it. So like I guess the dust to supposed evaporate or something. Poor workmanship that you car and your money else where. read more
