It took them 12 months to look at the sign. It is clear that one of the corners was never welded together. It is painted while all other corners that severed were raw metal where they disconnected. I paid three thousand dollars for the sign. They want one thousand dollars to repair what I don't think was built right to begin with.

It is hard enough to get a job from a sign shop in one day, but I was still in Maryland and found myself calling random places all over Orlando trying to get repairs. Not a single item we've ordered has taken less than 3 weeks as there is ALWAYS an issue (''router is down, metals not in stock"). We are still waiting on routed letters to be fixed that have been on our building for weeks and the quoted price was doubled at time of delivery due to their measurements being incorrect. At this point, the only reason we have continued waiting is because they require a deposit and I did not have the time to find another company to complete the work. I would not recommend this company (at least this location) to anyone, ever.

Little did I know that the card stock was noticeable. Fast forward to the first time I ordered cards form The Printers. I asked Terry if she could find the same card stock that I was using. She brought me a sample, but it just wasn't the same thickness. She then brought me a couple more, then a couple more.
