(way better than a bouncy house) Jennifer and Elias MADE this a PARTY! They arrived with their gaming/photo trailer and were set up in no time at all. We had about 40 children and adults in attendance and I think that the Dads may have had a better time than the kids. With the music playing and everyone taking turns playing the video games we all had a blast. Step Right Up went above and beyond our expectations for a party photo booth. They had a great selection of hats and masks and signs like I've never seen before. You can imagine the chaos of a dozen 8 & 9 year olds running around, but Jennifer was great with the kids who were in and out of the trailer taking pictures throughout the entire party. When the dust settled we were left with a wonderful photo album keepsake and a kid who keeps telling us that this was the Best Birthday Ever! Truth be told, I have to plan a bachelor party early next year and I think we may be using the Game Trailer once again. Thank you Step Right Up for a real good time!

Once the deposit was given, there was limited communication leading up to the wedding resulting mistakes day of. Bare minimum was done by Andre as far as DJ services, played full lengths of songs, no participation with the crowd. After he was fully paid and completed DJ services at wedding there was zero contact concerning the photos we were suppose to receive from the wedding, despite several attempts for contact on my end. 7 months later when I mentioned speaking to a lawyer, the photos were finally sent. Videographer Josh had much better communication but several precious family moments were not filmed including my brother in laws heart warming speech. Would recommend going with a different company for a wedding.

The day of the wedding 4…read morehours before the wedding was scheduled to start I received a call saying they needed to cancel due to their technical support guy wouldn't be available if there were issues with the photo booth. I told them that this was too short of notice for me to find someone else. I told them that I would still like for them to set up the booth and if we ran into issues with it we would deal with it then. He asked me to confirm the address then never showed up. I got my deposit back but that didn't change the fact that we didn't have a photobooth at the wedding. Memories that we can never get back. Very disappointing.
